Terms & Conditions

In order to provide a fantastic experience in Ontario, Canada, please review the following guidelines and service agreements that govern your bookings and interactions with Stuffel Balloons.

1. Definitions

In this document, "Stuffel Balloons" refers to the service provider, while "Client" refers to the booking party. "Services" includes all custom décor, stuffed gifts, and event entertainment.

2. Scope of Services

We specialize in bespoke balloon decorations, including delivery, gift stuffing, and professional setups for parties or corporate events as detailed in your specific order summary.

3. Booking & Orders

Your date is officially secured only upon receipt of a deposit and a formal confirmation. All event requirements and design details must be finalized at least 5 days in advance.

4. Artistic Variation & Interpretation

All balloon decor and stuffed surprises are handcrafted, creative works. While we strive to honor inspiration photos, sketches, verbal descriptions, or previous examples provided by the Client, each installation is unique. Variations in balloon color, texture, sizing, and material availability are expected. Stuffel Balloons reserves the right to make artistic substitutions or design adjustments to ensure the integrity and quality of the final product.
Final results may vary from provided inspiration materials, as all designs are subject to artistic interpretation.

5. Pricing, Deposits & Payments

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be settled at least 3 days before delivery or the start of onsite installation.

6. Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling depends on our availability.
Canceling within 7 days of an event forfeits your retainer, while cancellations under 48 hours may result in a total loss of the booking fee.
Small changes might be accommodated if early notice are given.

7. Delivery, Setup & Takedown

Delivery costs vary by proximity.
Clients must guarantee venue entry at the scheduled time.
Professional takedown and removal must be requested and paid for as an additional service.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment, power access, and stable temperatures for the balloons. Stuffel Balloons is not liable for issues arising from poor venue conditions.

9. Balloons, Safety & Allergies

Balloons should be handled with care to avoid choking hazards. Please notify us of latex sensitivities.
We support environmental safety—never release balloons into the atmosphere.

10. Event Photos & Marketing Use

We may photograph our work for social media or promotional portfolios. If you prefer that your event remains private, please provide a written request before your scheduled date.

11. Refunds & Credits

Due to custom labor and supplies, we do not offer cash refunds once production starts. We may offer a service credit for future use at our discretion for certain rescheduling cases.

12. Damage & Liability Limits

Our responsibility ends once delivery is finished. We are not liable for popping or environmental damage. Total liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific service provided.

13. Weather & Outdoor Events

Balloons are sensitive to wind and heat. For outdoor setups, we cannot guarantee longevity, and we strongly suggest having a secondary indoor location planned for your event.

14. Force Majeure

Stuffel Balloons is not held responsible for any failures to perform due to accidents, extreme weather, strikes, or other major events that remain outside of our direct control.

15. Privacy & Governing Law

We protect your data and only use it for order fulfillment according to Ontario law.
